Louis Vuitton brought back some big names for their show today. Amber Valetta, Naomi Campbell, and Carolyn Murphy walked, with Kate Moss closing the show with cigarette in hand.

Chloe Fall 2011

Loved the Chloe show! It’s unfortunate that there are rumor’s circling that this may be the last season for Hannah MacGibbon as designer for Chloe. She is the former first assistant of Pheobe Philo.  I hope they keep her, because I think the collection looks great. xo Guava

First Galliano, and now this! I don’t know if it is true, but telegraph also reported he was not at the show….guess there is a lot of pressure in the fashion world…..

“As if Paris Fashion Week couldn’t be any more unbelievable this season, we’ve just heard that designer Christophe Decarnin was a no-show at the Balmain collection today because he’s been in a “mental hospital” since January, the result of a nervous breakdown. Described as a “total nightmare,” he disappeared one day in mid-January. Soon after, it was announced that he would not be coming back. A BOLD use of color at GUCCI

I love love love Gucci and think the label has been strong the past few seasons. This season, their bold use of color is making me want to wear the rainbow throughout the end of the year. Get rid of your black and get on with the color. There is a real sense of luxury here and the 70’s silhouette is strongly represented. I think Frida is doing a great job.  – Guava
